River\uff0c\u6e44\u516c\u6cb3\u4e0a\u6e38)\u7684\u6c34\u575d\u66f4\u662f\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u84c4\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u58f0\u660e\u5ba3\u79f0\u300c\u4ece8\u670818\u65e5\u81f325\u65e5\uff0c\u666f\u6d2a\u6c34\u7535\u7ad9(Jinghong Hydropower Station)\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u65e5\u51fa\u6d41\u91cf\u6bd4\u53bb\u5e74\u540c\u671f\u51cf\u5c11\u4e8660%\uff0c\u4e14\u6ca1\u6709\u53d1\u751f\u6d2a\u6c34\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4efd\u58f0\u660e\u7684\u53d1\u5e03\u65f6\u673a\u6070\u597d\u662f\u5728<a href=\"https:\/\/visionthai.net\/tag\/thaksin-shinawatra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u524d\u603b\u7406\u4ed6\u4fe1(Thaksin Shinawatra)<\/a>\u89c6\u5bdf\u6e05\u83b1\u5e9c(Chiang Rai)\u6c34\u707e\u533a\u7684\u9694\u5929\u3002\u5854\u514b\u8f9b\u5728\u89c6\u5bdf\u65f6\u5bf9\u5f53\u5730\u6c11\u4f17\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6e05\u83b1\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u7531\u6e44\u516c\u6cb3\u4e0a\u6e38\u5f02\u5e38\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u6c34\u6d41\u9020\u6210\u7684\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u540c\u6837\u906d\u9047\u6d2a\u707e\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u8ba8\u8bba\u8fd9\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u300d\u4ed6\u8fd8\u900f\u9732\uff0c\u6cf0\u56fd\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u6b63\u5c31\u6b64\u4e8b\u4e0e\u4e2d\u56fd\u8fdb\u884c\u6c9f\u901a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6cf0\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u529e\u516c\u5ba4(Office of National Water Resources\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0ONWR)\u5411\u533a\u57df\u6027\u653f\u5e9c\u95f4\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6e44\u516c\u6cb3\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a(Mekong River Commission\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0MRC)\u53d1\u51fa\u7d27\u6025\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u6566\u4fc3\u300c\u652f\u6d41\u6c34\u575d\u7ecf\u8425\u8005\u5408\u4f5c\u51cf\u7f13\u6c34\u575d\u6392\u6c34\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>ONWR\u79d8\u4e66\u957f\u82cf\u62c9\u65af\u91cc(Surasri
