\u653f\u5e9c\u63a8\u514d\u8d39\u907f\u5b55\u8ba1\u753b<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u6000\u5b55\u903e12\u5468\u5987\u5973\u5815\u80ce\u7684\u5211\u7f5a\u5927\u5e45\u4e0b\u964d<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6839\u636e<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bangkokpost.com\/thailand\/general\/2021147\/abortion-in-first-12-weeks-to-be-allowed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u300a\u66fc\u8c37\u90ae\u62a5\u300b<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u62a5\u5bfc\uff0c\u8fd9\u6b21\u4fee\u6b63\u6cd5\u6848\u5305\u62ec\u300a\u5211\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c301\u6761\u3001305\u6761\uff1b\u7b2c301\u6761\u76ee\u524d\u7248\u672c\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u72b6\u51b5\u4e0b\u5987\u5973\u90fd\u4e0d\u5f97\u5815\u80ce\uff0c\u4fee\u6b63\u7248\u672c\u5219\u5141\u8bb8\u6000\u5b55\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc712\u5468\u7684\u5987\u5973\u5815\u80ce\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u62c9\u67e5\u59b2\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4f1a\u5c06\u6000\u5b5512\u5468\u5185\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u5165\u6cd5\uff0c\u662f\u53c2\u8003\u6cf0\u56fd\u533b\u5b66\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a(Medical Council of Thailand)\u3001 \u6cf0\u56fd\u7687\u5bb6\u5987\u4ea7\u79d1\u5b66\u9662(Royal Thai College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists)\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u610f\u89c1\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5728\u6000\u5b55\u524d12\u5468\u6267\u884c\u5815\u80ce\u624b\u672f\u6700\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u98ce\u9669\u4e5f\u6700\u5c0f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6000\u5b55\u8d85\u8fc712\u5468\u7684\u5987\u5973\uff0c\u8003\u91cf\u5230\u5979\u4eec\u4eba\u5de5\u6d41\u4ea7\u624b\u672f\u7684\u4e0d\u9002\uff0c\u7f5a\u91d1\u4e5f\u4f1a\u964d\u4f4e\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
