The classics of today were once the new music of yesterday. The Thailand International Composition Festival, founded in 2005 by the award-winning Thai composer Narong Prangcharoen, encourages and celebrates the creation of new music. This fifteenth iteration of TICF will feature Pulitzer Prize Winning composer Melinda Wagner, and Director of Composition at the Curtis Institute, David Ludwig. Don’t miss this chance to hear the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra perform some of the new music of today that will become the classics of tomorrow.
Melinda Wagner is an “eloquent, poetic voice in contemporary music.”
